How can we help?

No. Once sealed, nobody can read it until its day arrives: not you, not a co-parent, and not us. For 24 hours after sealing you can still take it back to a draft. You can move the date later, never earlier.

No tool of ours shows content, and sealed entries cannot be opened early by anyone. Your content is encrypted on our servers, but not end-to-end: our servers hold the keys they need to deliver on the day. The Privacy Policy explains the details.

If you only gave an email address, we email them a private link on the day. They can read it, download it, or keep it forever in a free account. The link does not expire, and you can revoke or resend it.

Children under 13 cannot sign up themselves. A parent can create a receive-only account for them through the parent’s own invite. Teens aged 13 to 15 need a parent to approve their account.

Nothing you wrote is lost. Sealed keepsakes still open on time and stay readable. Only new Premium actions, such as adding videos, pause until you renew.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so you cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Refunds are decided by the store; ask them directly. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Open Profile, then Privacy & security, then Delete account. We ask whether pending keepsakes should still be delivered. Keepsakes that were already delivered stay with their recipients.
